Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Altronexit or its officers, directors, managers, partners, members, shareholders, employees, affiliates, and agents (collectively referred to as "Altronexit Related Parties") be liable to any person for any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees), litigation, settlements, fines, penalties, or damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with any access or use (or inability to use) the Services or the Application.
This includes damages caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any User Information. Indemnification
Each User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Altronexit and its related parties (referred to collectively as the “Indemnified Parties” and individually as an “Indemnified Party”) against all claims brought against any Indemnified Party in connection with:

- Fraud, negligent acts or omissions, or willful misconduct of any User in relation to the Application or the Services
