Payment Terms
Convenience Fees:
When using our services, users will be charged a convenience fee. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the transaction amount before transferring the balance to the payee's designated bank account. Users will be informed of the convenience fee before making a transaction and must agree to it to proceed. Altronexit reserves the right to change the convenience fee and other charges without notice.
Taxes:
Altronexit will deduct its fees and GST from the transaction amounts. Users are responsible for determining and paying any other taxes required by law. Altronexit will not calculate, collect, report, or remit any other taxes arising from transactions.
Payout Schedule:
Transaction amounts will be automatically transferred to the payee's bank account according to the timelines specified by the acquiring bank and service providers. Payments will be made subject to processing and receipt of the funds. Altronexit may defer payouts or restrict access to funds in certain circumstances, such as pending disputes or legal requirements.
Processing Errors:
If Altronexit discovers a processing error, it will attempt to fix it. If a payee receives fewer funds than entitled, Altronexit will credit the account for the difference. If the payee receives more funds than entitled, Altronexit will notify the payee and request a refund. Users must notify Altronexit of any processing errors promptly to receive a correction. Failure to do so will be deemed a waiver of any right to owed amounts.
Chargeback Policy
A "Chargeback" refers to a request by the Reserve Bank of India, cybercrime cell, or any other governmental authority, or any service provider under their direction, for a refund to a user. This could be due to various reasons, such as a user refusing to honor a payment, a payment being returned by the acquiring bank, or a charge arising from alleged hacking or security breaches.
Once a payment is initiated through the website, it may not be possible to retract it. In such cases, neither the acquiring bank nor Altronexit is responsible for any chargebacks or refunds. Users should be aware that Altronexit is not liable for any chargeback-related issues.
If a user seeks a chargeback, it must be done directly with the payee, and Altronexit will only consider a chargeback if the payee refunds the amount. Altronexit disclaims all liability in this regard and will not make payments for chargebacks unless it has received the necessary amounts from the relevant authorities.
If Altronexit receives an amount related to a chargeback, it will pass this amount to the user within 7 working days.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once a user initiates a transaction, it cannot be canceled once it has been processed.
Users are responsible for adding the payee's bank account details correctly on the website. Altronexit does not validate these details on behalf of the user. If incorrect details are entered, Altronexit will not be liable to refund any amount to the user. Users should understand that payments made into a bank account are irreversible.
- If a user has a dispute or query about a transaction, they must raise it within three hours of initiating the transaction. Disputes raised after this time will not be considered valid, and Altronexit will not refund any money in such cases.
- If a user claims a refund after a transaction is settled, they must resolve the issue with the payee offline and inform Altronexit of the resolution. Transactions cannot be rolled back once settled.
- There will be no refunds for successfully processed transactions, even if the transaction was the result of user error or negligence.
- However, users will be fully refunded for any debits due to technical failures on the website. In such cases, the entire amount, including any convenience fee, will be refunded to the user's account within seven to ten working days.
- Refunds to users will not include a chargeback of convenience fees or related taxes.
- In cases where a user violates the terms of service, Altronexit reserves the right to hold back any payment it deems suspicious or invalid until validated.
Fraudulent Transactions
- If Altronexit is informed by the acquiring bank, a card payment network, or regulatory authorities that a user has reported an unauthorized debit (a "Fraudulent Transaction"), Altronexit may suspend the settlement of the amount associated with the Fraudulent Transaction pending inquiries and investigations.
- If a Fraudulent Transaction results in a chargeback, it will be resolved according to the chargeback provisions outlined in the terms of service.
- If the amount related to a Fraudulent Transaction has already been settled to the user, any disputes will be handled in accordance with the terms of service.
Termination
If Altronexit or a service provider has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user has breached the terms of service or committed an act of dishonesty or fraud against Altronexit or any service provider, Altronexit may:
- Suspend all payments under these terms;
- Deactivate or suspend the user account and disable the user's password; and
- Terminate the user's access to the website or the services, pending an investigation by Altronexit.
Users may cancel their user account at any time by sending an email to Altronexit to that effect.
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altronexit, the acquiring bank, and service providers from and against any liability, judgments, damages, losses, claims, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to:
Any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against Altronexit by another user, service provider, or third party due to reasons including, but not limited to, delivery issues, breach of terms, errors or misconduct by the user or their employees, subcontractors, or agents, infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or disclosure of sensitive information.
Additional Terms
Altronexit reserves the right to change or introduce new fees or charges, and the acquiring bank or other service providers may apply an additional surcharge on certain transactions. The user agrees to pay all applicable fees and charges. Altronexit is not responsible for specifying these additional surcharges, which may be charged separately by the service provider.
Altronexit will not make any refunds except as agreed in these Terms of Service.
Users may receive communications such as service announcements, advertisements, or administrative messages from Altronexit or its associates.

Altronexit reserves the right to restrict or terminate a user's access to its services, modify or discontinue its services or website, and require additional transaction details from users, without notice or penalty.
Users may not represent themselves as agents or representatives of Altronexit or make any warranties that would require Altronexit or its service providers to undertake any obligations or liabilities to customers or third parties.
Altronexit is not liable for breaches of these Terms of Service due to force majeure events or disruptions to service due to payment failures or third-party failures beyond its control.
If any part of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Altronexit may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to another party without notice to the user.
Failure or delay by Altronexit in exercising any right, power, or privilege shall not constitute a waiver.
